We’ve teamed up with Teemill plus a selection of amazing wildlife artists to bring you a range of Secret World Wildlife Rescue branded t-shirts, sweaters and hoodies, plus a collection of art prints and tote bags.

All orders are sent via Hermes Standard, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Please note that we currently only deliver to UK addresses.

Refund and returns policy

We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions of our products, and we take care when packing your order to give it the best chance of arriving safely.

However, we understand that sometimes accidents happen in transit or your new items might not be exactly what you wanted when they arrive. That’s OK!

You are welcome to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You don’t need to inform us first, although it would be helpful if you could let us know by emailing fundraising@secretworld.org. Please include a note in the parcel with your name, email address and order number (if you have it) and we’ll take care of the rest. The sender is responsible for any return post costs, unless the item is faulty.

If you have received something that’s faulty, please get in touch first so we can arrange the return for you. We’ll cover the cost and arrange a pickup with you.
