eBay auction for life-size replica of Batman Arkham Knight

  Holy Auction, Batman!   Secret World Wildlife Rescue in East Huntspill will be putting a lifesize replica of Batman (Arkham Knight) to auction to raise funds for its bats rescue work. When staff at the LOUD shop in Leicester heard that Secret World had recently rescued a very rare grey long-eared bat, they offered to donate a life size replica of the famous comic figure to help the charity raise money for its work.   This wildlife course, led by lecturer Liz Mullineaux (Scientific Advisor and veterinary surgeon SWWR), will discuss how to assess and examine rescued animals at admission, as we do here at Secret World Wildlife Rescue (SWWR).  Triage is the process by which we decide which animals we can successfully treat and release and which we need to euthanase. Triage decisions are often medical and involve our veterinary staff. We will discuss how to make triage decisions and some techniques that can…
