Ceilidh/Barn Dance in aid of Secret world

When: Saturday 8th February from 6 to 10.30pm (Barn dance starts 7.30pm)

Where: Burtle Village Hall, Burtle Road, Burtle, Bridgwater, TA7 8NB

There will be a free buffet and a cash bar

Cost £20/ticket all proceeds go to Secret world (children in charge of adults free)

A barn dance is fun, uplifting and something everyone can enjoy – you don’t need to be able to dance as a caller guides everyone through the dances. If you can count and walk you can do a barn dance. This night is all about fun, laughter and joy, knowing that our energy is raising money for such a good cause, helping those wild animals in need.

Secret world wildlife rescue needs every penny to enable them to carry on their much needed work; therefore in theme with “2020” there is a challenge to increase the amount we raise. The principle being is you pay £20 for an event and you raise £20 by asking friends, raiding piggy banks etc. which we can also gift aid. This is an optional extra for those who wish to and is a theme we will be running throughout the year. What is important the more we raise the further it goes, every penny counts & supports the needs of our wildlife friends. Donations are also welcome on the night plus there will be a raffle too and don’t forget to bring any of that loose change!
